PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
This service is dedicated to those who have made a real estate investment or have acquired a property (inheritance, donation or other form) and want to obtain income, but at the same time enjoy the spare time and not have headaches.
What is it that we'll do for you?
We find tenants that we check, to make sure that you will not have any unpleasant surprises.
We deal with rent collection and payment of the utilities, to make sure that maintenance expenses are paid up-to-date, so that no delays, penalties or even disconnections due to utilities payment delays appear.
We take care of small repairs and maintenance of the building in order not to deteriorate.
We take care of the building’s insurance, but also the possible files of damages if such unfortunate incidents occur. All the buildings we take into administration are insured.
How much does it cost you?
In order to benefit from the Property Management service we must conclude a representation contract for which you will pay a percentage commission from the monthly rent. If the property is not rented you will pay a minimum monthly fee for the period we will look for tenants.
