New and extended services

Paltinul Real Estate Agency started the real estate services activity in January 2002, after which started diversifying its type of services, from property management to renting real estate in hotel regime.

Building an image

We were the only agency participating in the first edition of the Fair of Money and Houses in November 2004. This participation forced us to create an image, a symbol and a special culture. We were the only participants alongside banks, leasing and financing companies. Participating in the next three years at three other editions of the Fair of Money and Houses helped us feel the pulse of the real estate market, its evolution.

Exclusive projects

The company headquarters, composed of 6 offices, are on 20 Mihai Viteazu Boulevard, Building P16, apartment 1, and the fleet consists of five cars, some of it registered with the company logo and available to the clients. During each period of the Agency's evolution there were several exclusive projects, projects to which the entire company team contributed.
